Justice Wins--Lawsuit dismissed

I'm very happy that the lawsuit against Jim has been dismissed. Hopefully he put it behind him and get on with his life. It'll probably haunt him for the rest of his life, but he'll try to forget about it.
Now, hopefully that Cathriona will 'rest in peace', and Jim will have peace on his life. I'm sure he's relieved and happy about the lawsuit, and he can now relax.

If it had been in the UK it would have been thrown out at the start, it should never have gone as far as it did. I wonder if Jim will recoup his costs from them and if so i wonder which organisation will pony up the cash?

All he can do is move forward
And leave the past difficulties
In the past
Sadly often
The one who is taken to court
Always looses out cost wise
Sad but true
But its onward and upward
From now on

What really P*sses me off is the fact that a lot of publications reported Cats death as though Jim was guilty, in their eyes it was a done deal (National Enquirer) yet, despite the courts deciding there was no criminal act for Jim to answer to, they have not posted an article saying he is in the clear. They used the tragedy for extra column inches but aren't prepared to do the right thing and post what the judge decided, it's obviously not grubby and salacious enough for their rags.

Smutt magazine
Make their money on
Smut, dirt and dragging
People through the mud
Stuff like that usually ends
Destroying itself some way
Or another only
Problem is in the meantime
Peoples reputations r hurt

I would say they need to be sued but i suspect that they get sued all the time and they have enough cash to weather those storms......... :(
