They finally got him on The Actor's Studio!! I have been waiting for some time to get that underway. I thought that after ESOTSP, he would be going there. I wonder if he's going to be random and hysterical like Robin Williams or be mellow and funny like Kevin Spacey.

I'm not seeing January 4th as the date it is being aired on my cable listing....so not sure when it will actually air...however, if you cannot wait, there are some clips from the interview available on hulu.com

According to Bravo Channel's website (http://www.bravotv.com/schedule?plus=11), the Jim Carrey episode on Inside the Actor's Studio will air on January 10, 2011.

Man, I had no idea how hard it would be to just share info with you guys! 2 days to get activated... I guess the full criminal background check was clear!

Three things, the first of which has already been discovered: the episode will air Jan. 10, not the 4th. It'll only be a 1-hour episode. Boo.

And finally, I was fortunate enough to have a friend in the audience of the taping, which lasted FIVE HOURS. Can you believe that?!

She took 23 pages of notes (12pt, single spaced!), and we did our best to pick the things that we hadn't heard before, or at least hadn't heard phrased that particular way before. I was a huge JC fan in the early years, dropping off around the MOTM days, so I had to search my memory a bit. She's much more up to date than me, so hopefully we did a good job of it.

I wish public ticket info had gotten out to fans a little more... I found out about it in time to post the info to my blog, and tweeted it directly at the JCO twitter account. I guess nobody checks those? I dunno... sorry, guys, but at least there's a report!
