He always seems younger that what the age says. But then again... Age is just a number so It only has the mean we give them.
I think he's a very gorgeous, handsome beautiful man.

Being 50 is like swimming through an
underwater grotto(cave),
you see the light on the other side sooooo.
you go for it, half way there you realize you
there is no air pocket so
you go on adrenaline. (Thankfully you wore
really good flippers)
Finally coming up on the
other side you look around and
realize you achieved something great
You made it to see another day!
Especially the sunset, the sparkling water
the sand on your feet.
But swim back the long way around
then everyone asks How you made it!
You tell them to have the faith you can do it,
prepared for it before hand(had the skills)
and hope thatnothing will get in your way and you used the right
equipment(make you go faster) to get there and listened
to the right people who went before you.

I tried the new WiiFit this week

It said I was almost 10 years older than I really am
man,
I have got to get back in shape
hopefully I will in these
next few weeks

I usually gain weight for the winter
but 10 years, now I'm really worried
I wonder how Jim stays fit,
does he swim everyday?
workout on equipment?
run? cycle?
I wonder!

i dream of having a pool.......it would need to be an indoor one.....unless i used it as an ice rink during winter..........lol ........but i don't even have a bath!.......lol

Why have the expense of caring for a pool.
Have you ever been to a YMCA in your area

I actually went for a swim on my way up to
where I was called back to work.
My first swim in 3 months, man have I
gained weight, I can hardly stand to look
at myself in a mirror.

lol......i'm sure you're fine CJ......we do have pools here but i just fancy the idea of wandering down to the 'pond' in my slippers, for a midnight dip......or a wee splash about before breakfast.......lol........i've not figured out what to do with my contact lenses though.....i have visions of them floating away leaving me stranded like a drowning Mr McGoo..... ..........and i'm paranoid about my hair going green with the chlorine.... .

What about wearing goggles or
a face mask,
might be kinda scary though if
someone else is walking along the beach,
and you emerge from the water,
they may think you're a water creature or
something.
They may say "Nessie never looked like that"

lol........picture it......goggles, flippers and long seaweed strands hanging from my head.....

That scene reminds me of
Girls Camp where I guarded
The seaweed was so long,
There were a few rescues.
Once it starts wrapping around
your legs, it feels like a snake.
Women and snakes(usually)
don't mix(you know the story)
It is very different swimming with
seaweed around than in a pool
That's for sure.
