Watch Jim Carrey on Real Time with Bill Maher

Tonight, "Kidding" will premiere and as part of the promoting Jim Carrey has been on a few talk shows and Friday was on 'Real Time with Bill Maher'. His first-ever appearance on HBO�s political talk show.
Right after walking through the stage to join Bill and the panel, Jim jokes about Nike.
�Check this out. I went out today and bought me some Nikes!� declared Jim as he lifted his feet onto the desk. Showing a new pair of Nike sneakers. In honor of the brand�s promo deal with former 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who began taking a knee during the national anthem before NFL games in 2016 to protest police brutality and systemic racial injustice. Carrey previously hailed Nike�s decision with a cartoon.
The main subject they talk about was Trump. After all the show is about politics and Jim join the panel with his opinions, making the audience laugh too.
Trump is �a used car salesman,� said Jim, whose artwork has taken aim at the Trump administration the last year.
�He didn�t make America great again but he did turn back the odometer,� he added. �So who knows what the hell is wrong with us.�
Jim did have a message for Trump�s supporters, however.
�We�ve got to get back to a place where we realize that a vote is not who you are,� he said. �Because you voted Republican doesn�t mean you�re stupid, you�re not different, you�re not worthless. I could break bread with anybody who voted for Trump. We could find some common ground and a reason to love each other.�
At the end of the interview said:
"You wanna see a mushroom cloud? Ignore Trump for a week!"
"Canadians can be nice because they have healthcare! Because they have a government that care about them."
