A fascinating story rolled in to me by phone, and made me thank God that I'm over 21...
There's a new drink in town, favored by the cast and crew of "The Majestic" while shooting in Ferndale. The drink is called (of course) "The Majestic Martini." The drink is the masterpiece of the restaurant "Curley's Grill," (also located in Ferndale). "The Majestic" is made from Vodka, Blue Curacao, Sweet & Sour, and cranberry juice. When all are mixed together, it results in a soft purple color. Beautiful and tasty.
But not only can you find the drink in Ferndale, CA, but in some of the most upscale and exclusive clubs around: The Formosa in LA, Gibson's in Chicago, and the Friar's Club in NYC.
If you'd like to try the drink, you'll have to be over 21 years old, and you'll have to travel - the actual recipe is a secret.
