- This was a good week for Jim fans, as "The Number 23" received rave reviews and shot into the no. 1 position, in the trendy London style magazine 'Time Out's' list of Top 10 trailers.

Jim Carrey in Rome
- To round off a good week Jim Carrey, accompanied by girlfriend Jenny McCarthy flew into Romes Ciampino Airport on Thurday 16th, for the much hyped, widely anticipated nuptials of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise. (Picture)
Jim and Jenny were amongst an impressive array of A listers invited to the event, to be held on November 18th at the ancient Odescalchi Castle in the lakeside Italian town of Bracciano, just outside Rome. On the Thursday night Tom and Katie held a luxury pre-wedding dinner at the famous 'Niro's' eaterie in Rome. (Picture). Friday was spent sightseeing and Jim and Jenny made the most of their trip by packing in some of the sights. Clearly unpreturbed by the accompanying paparazzi Jim filmed Jenny on a handycam and smiled for photographers.
The wedding itself has been described as 'the wedding of the year' and in a romantic candlelit ceremony Tom wed Katie in a scientology ceremony before celebrating the wedding with a huge fireworks display.
